The student might have to prove their identity to a reasonable extent while not only applying but getting accepted into Canadian and US universities. There are two kinds of documents that are needed from the students. There could be two ways to pay the application fee. One, it could be deducted from the payment of the student automatically. Second, the student can pay it manually and separately. To know about the application fee, it is the university that informs the student about the medium of paying the application fee. We also strongly advise our students that they need to keep this money amount in their bank account.

Before starting the documentation process, the Wider Globe team stay in touch with the students to start collecting the documents. As soon as we get all the documents, especially through email correspondence, the student must start with the application form. This application form details the faculty names in your university, the course structure, names of the guardians and parents and it also informs about the student's eligibility for the applied program. One must remember that all the documents must be submitted along with the college application. It is scrutinised by the concerned authority. So, it becomes very crucial that the proper document uploading takes place because it might lead to future rejection of visas.

We also advise our students that they should keep a separate folder for the documents. A proper place to keep the documents safe is what has to be done by our students. They can keep it digitally in a respected cloud space like Google Drive, Dropbox or DigiLocker (by the Government of India). If the documents are in the physical paper format, then they should be preferably kept in a fireproof box.
